I'm Ayrton, a 31 year old Product Designer based in Recife, Brazil. I enjoy working where business strategy, technology, and human behavior intersect. What motivates me most is solving complex problems and turning uncertainty into clear product decisions.
Rather than focusing only on interfaces, I'm interested in understanding why products exist, how they create value, and how teams can build them better.
My Journey
My career started in advertising and visual design, where I learned storytelling, branding, and communication. Over time, curiosity led me into product design, where I discovered that the problems I enjoyed solving went far beyond interfaces.
Today, I work across the entire product lifecycle from identifying opportunities to collaborating with product managers and engineers, helping transform complex business challenges into products people trust and use every day.

Home has always been Recife, in the heart of Pernambuco a region known for its rich history, vibrant culture, and strong sense of identity. Growing up surrounded by that environment shaped my appreciation for creativity, storytelling, and the people behind every problem worth solving.
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time reading about psychology, human behavior, history, and business. Traveling has also become an important part of my life, allowing me to experience different cultures, visit museums, and broaden the way I understand people, systems, and decision making.
Whether I'm exploring a new city, learning a language, or discussing products, I'm driven by curiosity and the desire to keep learning.
